Our goal is to give the students at Heritage Middle School the tools they need to succeed in
6th, 7th and 8th grades. We are asking our community to partner with HMS for financial support or donations of goods and/or services to support our students and staff at HMS. Any business can support Heritage Middle School! There are many levels and ways to show your support.
All donations are tax deductible! Each sponsorship is good for one school year: July to June. You can become one of our awesome sponsors by completing this application and sending it to us per the instructions at the bottom of the form.
